Cheerleading and Tumbling Classes Available at Expressions: 

Parent/child classes movement for ages 6 months-3 years. Click the “Program Tab” then “Parent/Child” for more information.

Recreational Cheer & Tumbling Classes: These classes are a great place to start if your child is new to cheerleading. Classes are on-going, month to month, all year long. Stop or join at any time, also great for kids who play seasonal sports! No special dance wear is needed, just barefeet and comfy clothes. These classes feature basic tumbling skills, as well as basic cheer skills such as jumps and pom pom routines- perfect for kids new to cheerleading. While these classes do not progress beyond a very basic level and they are not a part of our year end dance recital, they are a great “first step” for a new cheerleader. After a few months (or a few classes) you may choose to transfer into our regular program if you feel your child is ready to progress or wants to be in the recital. $55/mo tuition

  • Cheer & Tumble Kids: Ages 3-5 years, Saturdays 10-10:45am
  • Cheer & Tumble Divas: Ages 6-8 years, Saturdays 11-11:45am
  • Cheer & Tumble Superstars: Ages 9-12 years, Saturdays 12-12:45pm

Our Regular Cheer & Tumble Classes: The majority of our cheerleading and tumbling students are enrolled in this program. Our program follows the normal school year beginning in late August and culminating with an on-stage recital in a professional theater in early June. Students can enroll in this program as long as space allows through January. After January, we close enrollment as we begin preparations for our recital (ordering costumes, etc). Between February-May, we suggest incoming students join our recreational cheer program until enrollment opens up for the summer session or for the following fall. Pre-Registration for the summer session begins in May and Pre-Registration for the following fall begins in June of each year.

Note: Our cheer class tuition includes all costumes and additional rehearsals for the year-end recital. We also give each family 2 free tickets, a free dvd and professional class photo at the end of each recital. So there are no additional fees outside of your monthly tuition. Tuition starts at $75-$85/mo depending on age group. Discounts for additional classes.

  • Ages 3-5 years: Cheer & Tumble, Dance & Tumble Combination
  • Ages 6-8, 9-11, 12+: Cheerleading as well as Tumbling classes available.

Competition Dance Teams: This is a year-round program with new members sign-ups in April/May of each year (parent info packets are available by March 1 each year). Members attend classes during the summer to work on stunting and tumbling skills (family vacations ok), official practices begin when school starts in the fall.
